02 — Steps

01: Start with the landType an address or drop a pin on the map. Or skip the lot and just draw.
02: Shape the planMove into the 2D planner: walls, rooms, openings, and furniture. Switch to 3D when you want to walk the space.
03: Price if you wantLocal cost is optional. When ingest exists for that pin, the estimate fills in. You can stay in the planner and just design.
04: Source & matchSee nearby suppliers and licensed contractors on the map, with distance, stock, and permit activity.
05: Decide with a reportLeave with more than a pretty model: a living estimate, permit checklist, and contractor scope you can act on.
