By creating a PlestIQ account or using the planner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

PlestIQ provides design, estimate, and planning tools for construction decisions. Outputs are decision-support tools — not licensed architectural, engineering, or legal advice. Always verify permits, codes, and contractor quotes with qualified professionals.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and accept our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of plans and project data you create. You grant PlestIQ a limited license to store and process that content to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the API, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in ways that degrade the service, or use PlestIQ to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlestIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on estimates or planner outputs.
