PlestIQ (“we”) provides a construction intelligence platform for designing, estimating, and planning builds. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Account data — email, name, password hash, and acceptance timestamps for Terms and this Privacy Policy.
  • Project data — floor plans and scene JSON you save while signed in.
  • Session & security — httpOnly session cookies, approximate IP, and user-agent for sign-in security.
  • Cookie preferences — your choices for necessary, analytics, and marketing cookies.
  • Contact form — messages you send via Contact (name, email, company, interest, message).

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember essential preferences. Analytics and Marketing cookies are optional and only used after you accept them. You can change choices anytime in Account or via the cookie banner.

How we use data

We use account and project data to operate the planner, sync saved work, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data. Optional analytics help us understand product usage when you opt in.

Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is active. Sessions expire or can be revoked (Log out / Log out everywhere). Contact messages are retained as needed to respond.

Your choices
